Single implant replacement of the upper right central incisor and cosmetic crown upper left incisor.

Two implant supported bridges to replace failing baby teeth following alignment of front teeth with fast acting brace . The patient had lived with these teeth in to her 50s.

Upper left second pre-molar tooth replaced to aid function and fillblack hole when smiling.

Upper left canine was originally replaced with a stick-on bridge as the canine had not grown as a child. A dental implant was requested to eliminate the embarrassing constant problem of the bridge de-bonding from the neighbouring teeth. Although the appearance was acceptable, the bridge was replaced with a dental implant retained crown for a much improved natural looking result.

Upper right lateral incisor replaced with a dental implant retained crown following traumatic loss playing rugby. The patient requested a natural looking tooth.
