Dr Neil Gerrard leads a small dedicated team committed to clinical excellence and exceptional customer service.
As an author he has published "There is No Perfect Dentist". A book to help anyone one find their perfect dentist for them.
Dr Neil Gerrard is the only dentist in the southwest and one of only thirteen dentists nationally to have achieved accreditation status with the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD). Neil's area of special interest is in advanced cosmetic dentistry, complex smile reconstruction with dental implants and smile rejuvenation. His advanced training in Smile Design has enabled him to become a member of many top dental institutions. To maintain his position as one of the countries leading cosmetic dentists Neil completes over one hundred hours of advanced training every year in the fields of cosmetic and implant dentistry.
In addition to his advanced training as a cosmetic dentist Neil is dual qualified as a cosmetic dental technician. These are the highly skilled individuals responsible for producing the very best custom made veneers and crowns used by cosmetic dentists to enhance their patients smiles. Possessing this extensive understanding of the complete smile enhancement process enables Neil to enhance your smile to the highest possible standards.
As an accredited member and examiner with the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) Neil helps to educate dentists, dental technicians and team members in the art and science of cosmetic dentistry.

As a dental therapist Heather is committed to offering an exceptional standard of care under the guidance of Dr Gerrard. Heather is able to offer a number of cosmetic dental treatments, including the provision of tooth whitening, white fillings, comprehensive hygiene sessions and fresh breath therapy.
Carrie-Ann Taylor - Dental Hygienist

Carrie is a vital member of our team, possessing a wealth of experience in the care and maintenance of your perfect smile. As a teaching instructor at the Bristol Dental Hospital Carrie offers comprehensive treatment for advanced gum disease and fresh breath therapy, as well as providing comprehensive hygiene sessions designed to maintain both the health and longevity of your smile.
Amanda Trim - Treatment coordinator

We are one of a minority of practices in the UK to offer the service of a treatment coordinator. It is Amanda's primary responsibility to discuss the options available when considering the enhancement of your smile and help you choose which is best suited to you, your teeth and your life style. And, of course Amanda is always on hand to ensure your treatment progresses appropriately and to answer any questions you may have.

Expert Clinical Dental Technician Nicholas Rush, manages the Bristol based Changing Faces® Denture Clinic. His vision is to provide patients with the most life like and functional dentures available. He holds a Royal College of Surgeons of England Diploma in Clinical Dental Technology and is able to undertake all aspects of denture provision.
