To enable us to offer the most modern up to date techniques, Dr Gerrard and the entire team at the Clifton Dental Studio regularly attend hundreds of hours of continuing education in the field of cosmetic dentistry every year.
BACD - The British Academy of Cosmetic dentistry
The BACD aims to promote clinical excellence through continuing professional development and is at the forefront of cosmetic dentistry within the UK today. Dr Gerrard has been an active member of the academy since its inception and helped found the BACD Southwest study club. This is a local branch of the BACD helping to educate dentists in the Southwest region.
Dr Neil Gerrard is the only dentist in the SouthWest and one of only eight dentists nationally to have achieved BACD accreditation
AACD - American Academy of Cosmetic dentistry
The AACD is an internationally renowned organisation dedicated to advancing excellence in the art and science of cosmetic dentistry and encouraging the highest standards of ethical conduct and responsible patient care. Dr Gerrard has been a sustaining member of the academy for the past four years, regularly attending their annual scientific meetings to maintain his knowledge at the forefront of cosmetic dentistry.
