But more than that, I really believe in the patient-centred focus of their care. The whole team are
involved through every step of the patient’s journey. We are just excited at the end of that to see
their results as they are.
And that is why we then establish the lifelong care of patients. They came back time and time
again and we were able to form really good relationships with the patients. 😁
From a personal development point of view, I was always strongly encouraged to take
opportunities. The team leaders are really supportive. It’s not just about the clinical aspects
either; we’re always encouraged to give our ideas to improve the patient journey in any way
from a practice development point of view and just being involved with all aspects.
Finally, everybody is passionate who works there and it’s really nice to be around a passionate

Hello, I’m Dr Neil Gerrard from Clifton Dental Studio- The Home of Pain-Free Dentistry and I have some exciting news. Here is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated hygienist to join our established team.
This position will offer you the opportunity to deliver the care you were trained to provide to your full scope of practice. We are a hygiene lead practice providing 30 and 60-minute appointments so you can deliver your very best care to your patients.
Who is this position for?
This position is for two to three days per week and is ideally suited to a warm friendly
self-employed hygienist who not only wishes to use their full scope of practice but has a keen interest to treat intermediate to advanced periodontal disease so that our patients can move forward with complex restorative and implant dentistry.
Who is this position NOT for?
Well, if you are not a team player then we aren’t right for you (we have no prima donna’s in our team). If you don’t genuinely like talking to and being around people, then we aren’t right for you. If you have no desire to stretch and grow your skills, then we aren’t right for you.
If you are worried that this opportunity sounds too good to be true, or that you may not have enough patients to fill your day, you should have no concerns. Not only do we have a 12-week waiting list for our one-hour hygiene appointments (hence our need to grow our team).
