Home whitening treatment with Clifton Dental Studio

Home treatment is very straightforward and involves the patient wearing a custom-made whitening tray containing bleaching agent at home. We normally recommend a treatment period of 10 days to 2 weeks for the best results and most of our patients choose to wear the tray at night. The trays should be in place for around 6 hours per day.
Wearing a whitening tray is not painful or uncomfortable and it won’t prevent you from enjoying a good night’s sleep. After the treatment period, the results will be visible for several months and you can top up your treatment very easily if you wish to in the future.
Is whitening safe?
Our whitening treatments are both safe and effective. We use products that are approved by the EU and contain a maximum quantity of 6% hydrogen peroxide.

Enlighten
Enlighten is touted as the best whitening treatment in the world, and the results live up to this billing. This is currently the only treatment available on the UK market to achieve the lightest shade, B1. Enlighten treatment takes 15 days, with 14 days of treatment at home followed by a whitening session at the clinic. Home whitening is very simple and involves wearing Enlighten whitening trays every night for a fortnight. On the 15th day, we invite you to come in for a one-hour session to give your teeth a gorgeous whitening boost. The treatment isn’t painful at all and you can simply lie back and relax.

The trays are custom-made for each patient to make sure that they fit well and are comfortable. They contain an agent that gradually lightens the shade of the teeth.
