Why would I need a crown?
Crowns are sometimes known as caps, and they work to strengthen damaged, worn or broken teeth by sitting on top of the existing tooth structure. Replacing old crowns
Crowns are hard-wearing and durable but they are not considered to be a permanent solution and they usually last for around 10 years. How long does a crown last?

What happens when a tooth is crowned?

Once the new crown is ready, the second session can take place. This is usually around 14 days later. The crown is placed over the tooth and then secured using adhesive. We will check that it fits perfectly and then you will be free to go and enjoy your new healthy tooth!
